diane arbus and william eggleston are two photographers i have found enjoyable and interesting recently. i particualarly find eggleston's work inspiring; he finds so much beauty in mundane objects and places. i love his method, no setting up the shot, just shooting it as he sees it.

arbus was a fashion photographer who later turned to the subect of freaks and other unusual people. i wish i had more courage when it came to photographing people. i hope it is something i can gain more with experience, that someday it will become easier.
