i have spent most of today in bed feeling like yucks. i'm not sick, just very achey and exhausted feeling due to "women problems." nice. i still hope to go out for free wings and a game or two of darts with jay.
i started reading a book called "life after life: a scientific investigation of children's memories of previous lives." apparently, the university of virginia medical center has been conducting a study for the past forty years on 2,500 children who have memories of past lives. these children have memories of real people, places, and events and even sometimes bear birthmarks and defects that are similiar to wounds of the deceased person whose life they recall having. the author, jim b. tucker, m.d., who is the director of the study, states in the opening chapter that the purpose of the book is not to promote religious beliefs about reincarnation but rather to analyze the evidence found in these 2,500 cases. so keep your scoffing to yourselves, scoffers!
i'm happy to see that i'm able to post pictures again; hopefully blogger got all the bugs worked out. i may run over to my photo blog now to see if i can post anything.
