success!!!!!!

we finally caught the artful dodger! we were just sitting around my living room when jason and teresa heard mousey noises in the kitchen. upon investigation, we found that our little houdini had gone back into the trap he had stolen the bait from past two nights and somehow was finally trapped! the kicker is, i hadn't even baited the trap...there was a little bit of peanut butter in the front of the trap, but you would think this little sneak would have known how to get to it without getting trapped. once i saw him, all my anger towards him melted. we sealed the opening of the box and admired his cuteness and then took for a little ride and released him into the wild. i wish him the best of luck, just not in my kitchen. i just hope he does not have a family!
