my new hero!

finally, i have found something to alleviate my pain and itch! it's this lovely cream from the body shop. i smell like a hippie now, but that is better than being in constant discomfort. i actually slept the whole night through without any ibuprofen (but thanks to beth who hooked me up with her prescription strength stuff! that got me to sleep many a night!) and i didn't wake up at 4 or 5 am itching! there's a nice story behind how i got it as well. last week, a customer at work was asking me about my gloves and she told me that she heard the body shop had some cream that people used for excema. so i went down to check it out, but the people who worked there had no idea what i was talking about. great. so then i went to bath and body works thinking that maybe she mixed the two up (plus teresa had also told me that b&bw had something people used for excema that i meant to check out a while ago, but couldn't remember the name of). but unfortunately, the people there were also clueless so i gave up hope as far as finding anything at those two shops. but yesterday, the lady who i talked to last week (who turns out to be friends with sherry and rich) came back with a tube of the hemp cream for me!!!! she said she had it but never used it. so so nice! so she is a joint hero with the cream that she gave me!!!!!
i don't think this is going to get rid of my excema, but the relief is so welcome! hopefully, the holistic doctor (who i see on monday) will also have some help for me as far as managing it goes. now it's off to work (the reason i haven't blogged in a few days!)
