i miss people!

the past few weeks have been great but a little difficult. i'm really starting to get comfortable and enjoy both of my jobs and my classes are getting even better. but while these things are good, the combination of both have kept me from spending much time with people and that has been tough. i haven't spent any significant time with my family for probably a month. i haven't had time to actually talk to most of my friends and i miss them. i hate feeling that my life is out of balance and right now it definitely does. so this week i want to go to work to remedy that! here is my tenative schedule:
monday-date night with jason
tuesday-maybe lunch with aaron, movie night after class (around 9)
friday-dinner night maybe? i miss making group dinners!
sat-konie's hedge!
i actually have very little school work this week and i'm not at ronald mcd's so if you are my friend, i am sure i would like to spend time with you. i know that many of my enemies also read my blog, but i do not want to spend time with you. sorry.

it's funny that i do feel so lonely because i have had very nice times with people this past week-beth and i had some sister time on wednesday, yesterday morning/afternoon i had a lovely girl day with mia, tessa, and kim at phipps, and last night i had a nice assortment of guests. i don't want to give the impression that these times were not great or that i'm a miserable mess, because i'm not. i think it's just these huge expanses of time when i am spending by myself that are getting to me. plus i have had a very flexable schedule for most of the year so i'm not used not being available to do things. so i think that'll just take a bit of getting adjusted to.

it's funny, this blog entry is attesting to the fact that i miss people because i don't think i usually feel the need to write such personal things about myself on here, but i don't feel like i have the chance to communicate them any other way/time. so thanks if you read this. i always feel a bit awkward being vulnerable on my blog becasue it's usually just about what i have done or what i like.

i still have to post about my trip to san francisco...i know you're all eagerly awaiting it! i love that i assume that i have an audience who reads my blog.
