What I did yesterday:

I went to Little Boston with my dad to pick up our rugged adventurers, Beth and Chad, from their week-long bike journey. I have a good deal of respect of them for taking up their equipment and provisions for a week on their backs and making the 60+ mile trek. They underestimated their arrival time so I got to explore the area for an hour or so before they made their tired but triumphant return. here's what we saw:





Afterwards I went to my parents' house and watched the first half of the women's marathon.

At the end of the day, I felt like a total slug.
