Loretta Lux
I wasn't sure if I liked Loretta Lux's work, but after spending some time looking at her book, I've decided I at least admire the way her photographs look both collage-like and seamless at the same time.
I do still the photographs somewhat unnerving.

woah, those are photographs?? I like it-- it's like all that stuff in Juxtapoz + Balthus in real life. like you said, unnerving
I mean she digitally messes around with them, but yeah they are still quite unsettling.
